Ingrédients pour deux personnes :
- 2 cordons bleus Mister Djaj (à cuire au four)
- 150 g de champignons frais émincés
- 100 ml de crème fraîche
- 50 g de fromage râpé
- Un peu de purée maison ou de riz pour accompagner
Préparation :
- Commence par préchauffer ton four à 180 °C.
- Dispose les cordons bleus sur une plaque et fais-les cuire selon les indications de l’emballage.
- Pendant ce temps, fais revenir les champignons quelques minutes à feu moyen, puis ajoute la crème fraîche. Laisse mijoter doucement pour que la sauce épaississe légèrement.
- Une fois les cordons bleus cuits, dépose-les dans un plat, nappe-les généreusement de la sauce aux champignons et saupoudre de fromage râpé.
- Remets le tout au four pendant 5 à 10 minutes, juste le temps que le fromage fonde et dore joliment.
- Serre bien chaud, accompagné d’une purée onctueuse ou d’un riz moelleux.
C’est crémeux, fondant et plein de saveurs — un petit plat simple qui fait toujours son effet !
